I’ve blogged about him before, and i’ll keep blogging about him afterwards, but last night felt BIG.
I saw Ben Howard play the first show of his UK Old Pine EP tour last night, and he tore it up. The venue was modestly full – but the atmosphere made it feel stacked to the rafters. And before the gig? He only got a cheeky radio interview with Jo Whiley didn’t he? Add this to a handful of plays throughout the week on Zane Lowe’s show and a live session with Dermot O’leary coming up on Saturday and i reckon this looks like the beginning of a pretty huge summer for Ben.
